Repair Policy
- All our products come with a 1-year guarantee. If a repair is needed due to normal wear and tear within this period, we will fix it free of charge.
- Repairs outside the guarantee period are chargeable for both parts and labour.
- To keep costs down, we recommend bringing the product into our shop, as call-out collections incur an additional fee.
- We do not offer home visits to repair products that were not purchased from us. However, if you bring the item into the shop, we will do our best to assist with the repair.
